Create an Active day to day filling system for Correspondente that comes in everyday for example:

Mail – Daily Incoming MailTo

Read – Papers that need to be reviewed.

Pending – Waiting to hear back or Take Action

To File – Papers that have been reviewed and are ready to file

To Respond Back – Papers you need to handle with a call or email

and so on…..

Make sure every paper you handle goes into one of those categories to keep your Desk neat.

Purge documents as soon as you don’t need them anymore.

Sort, Categorize, Digitize and File

HOME RECORDS – Household Appliances, Electronics, Maintenance, Warranties, Etc.

GENERAL – Auto Care and Maintenance,  Insurance ( Auto/Home) 

KID’S RECORDS – Birth Certificates, Passportes, Medical, School, Arts & Crafts, Memorabilia, Etc.

PERSONAL RECORDS – Insurance – Medical Info, Emergency Contacts, Correspondente, etc.

BUSINESS – Financial – Taxes – Vendors – Etc. 

Some people prefer to keep their papers in Binders using different types of categories including by name or monthly and by year.
